- Move Manager Support
For every single relocation, we appoint a move manager who brings together all of the various elements of the move and importantly, is available to run through any questions or queries that a customer may have. The manager is a central point of coordination, designed to simplify the process and avoid one customer being contacted by 5 or 6 different people from the same organisation during their move. The skill and expertise of this individual is key in ensuring that the move runs smoothly. We are proud of our skilled team, who have on average over 19 years of industry experience.
- Tailored Communications
Our clients can receive communications in their preferred format - whether that is through email, telephone, video or via our track & trace online portal. Whichever mode our clients choose, the Gosselin team is trained to deliver punctual, relevant information, in line with ISO 9001 standards, throughout the course of the relocation.
We ask for feedback from every single customer we move. We believe it is crucial to allow our customers an opportunity to voice their opinion and importantly means we are able to meet the ever changing needs of the private client and corporate transferee. Previous customer feedback has helped shape much of Gosselin's current move management process.
