Head of Finance
Faiza Ajmi, Head of Finance
Faiza heads up the finance team across London and Paris. She joined the company in 2013, bringing with her a wealth of experience having previously worked for the likes of Brown & Root and BOC in senior management accountant roles.
In her spare time, when not fine-tuning our accounting operation, Faiza spends one day a week as a volunteer, organising day trips and activities for senior members of the local community in Surrey, UK. She is also a keen traveller and trekker, regularly visiting far flung destinations, and climbing Kilimanjaro, no less, in 2011.
International Moving Consultant & Surveyor
Bruno Ditri, International Moving Consultant & Surveyor
Born and bred in Lancashire, Bruno was raised in Hertfordshire and educated at London University, before serving in the armed forces in Italy.
Bruno is a graduate of the FIDI Academy and was a top-three prize-winning student in 1994. He is fluent in Italian and has over twenty-five years’ continuous experience in the international moving industry.
Bruno joined the company in 2014 and his primary role involves meeting with and assessing our clients’ moving and relocation requirements. Bruno has excellent interpersonal skills, is highly articulate, and is particularly attentive to detail.
Together with his wife, Bruno enjoys village life in Chorleywood, walking his Poochon dog on the local Common, as well as hiking, travelling and reading.
Lina Futi, Move Coordinator
Based in our Paris office, Lina has been in the international moving business for quite some years now. She studied at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the United States, so she has first-hand experience of relocating and living in another country.
Lina has excellent customer service skills, and clients across the globe appreciate her expert support during the move process. To relax after working hours, her hobby is running and competing!
Chief Executive Officer
Nick Kerr, Chief Executive Officer
Nick is our CEO. He joined Davies Turner (the former name of DT Moving) in January 1975, progressing via freight forwarding operations to manager of middle east services, then as managing director of the group’s international moving company, becoming a member of the Davies Turner Plc group board of directors between 2002 and 2008.
Nick established the Paris office in 2002, and acquired 100% ownership of Davies Turner Worldwide Movers, then a group subsidiary, in April 2007. In 2011 he re-branded the business as DT Moving reflecting the very special client demands and needs for moving and relocation services, before in 2017 agreeing to merge DT Moving with Gosselin Mobility, to form today's Pan-European moving group.
Nick draws on his deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in international moving and relocation support services, to guide his clients and colleagues alike on best practise and service excellence. He is a past chairman of the British Association of Removers’ Overseas Group council and continues to serve as honorary vice chairman. He is an executive committee member of the UK moving industry’s freight association, The Movers Trading Club. He is also past president of OMNI, the Overseas Moving Network International, and served as chairman of FIDI’s quality standard supervisory panel - the ‘FAIM’ steering committee until 2012.
International Move Manager
Pauline Collins, International Move Manager
Born and raised in Ireland, Pauline moved to London in 1988 and immediately began working for an International Removals Company. As an extremely organised ‘people person’, Pauline realised very quickly that the moving industry would give her the opportunity to use and develop these skills on a long term basis. And she was right. Pauline has now worked in the relocation industry for 28 years, and has broad experience across operations, sales, finance and management.
She joined us in 2011 in a senior move management role, and has driven several initiatives to improve internal process and customer experience. Outside of work, Pauline is a self-proclaimed foodie who also enjoys all forms of exercise and regularly runs half marathons. She enjoys travelling and is very involved in her local community.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Tim Daniells, Sales & Marketing Manager
Originally from Bristol and educated at Cardiff University, Tim joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for the company’s sales & marketing strategy and implementation. Tim is a certified Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and supports our clients in an account management and development capacity.
Away from the office, Tim is a keen worldwide traveller, (41 countries and counting) avid sports fan and amateur sportsman...hoping that his son Casper follows suit.
Haby Cissokho, Skilfulness Assistant
Haby has worked in our Paris office for over seven years (2007-12 and 2016-present) and she is a graduate of BTS Management Assistance. As a skilfulness assistant, Haby is in direct collaboration with the moving coordinators, the sales department and the accounting department in order to provide them with administrative and technical support. Her role is critical to the smooth running of the company and to ensure that we provide a quality service to all clients.
Stephen Wakley, Field Manager
Steve has been in the relocation industry for over 30 years. He joined Davies Turner in 1982, soon being promoted to senior packing foreman where he worked across the UK and Europe for major corporate, fine art/antique and private clients.
Steve’s expertise, professionalism and attention to detail made him a huge hit with transferees and colleagues alike, and it was these skills that saw him appointed as Field Manager in 2013 and then Operations Manager in 2018, where he is responsible for managing the coordination of our packing and delivery crews across the UK.
Outside of work, Steve is a family man with a passion and skill for cake-making, something that his colleagues appreciate on birthdays.
International Move Manager
Nadia Roper, International Move Manager
Nadia’s parentage is Italian and she speaks fluent Italian.
She originally worked for Davies Turner & Co in Battersea in the 1980’s before twice leaving for pastures new. She has had a variety of jobs over the years, the most interesting being a holiday rep in Italy. She rejoined the company in the 1990’s and has been here ever since. Nadia has a fantastic knowledge of the relocation market as well as a great rapport with her contacts and clients across the globe.
Nadia is most definitely a people person, and she enjoys counselling families on their individual moves, getting to know them all the way from arranging the pre-move survey to making that final call to ensure that all has been delivered and our service is complete.
Julien Martins, Sales Representative
Julien has been with the company for 6 years now. With 12 years of relocation experience, he started as a national and international packer during his studies, and after obtaining his degree in Sales, he began working as a salesperson in the moving industry.
He is also responsible for crew planning and operational procurement, diversity which allows him to have a real knowledge of the relocation world. Very jovial with his colleagues, what he likes in this sector is that "we learn something new every day."
Sarah Hutchison, Rate Analyst
Sarah joined Davies Turner’s freight forwarding division straight from school in 1982 and worked there for the next 17 years, dealing with major accounts such as Shell and running the Cargo Gulf service to the Middle East.
After leaving Davies Turner to have a baby in 1999 she joined our company in 2006 to maintain the company’s freight rate system which involves obtaining freight rates, updating our database and uploading rates to key clients.
In her spare time Sarah is a keen football fan, railway enthusiast and keen shopper! She also likes reading and her favourite author is P.G. Wodehouse.
International Move Manager
Paul Keating, International Move Manager
Paul’s career in relocation began back in 1983 when he joined the moving company Bishop’s Move direct from college. Paul’s early years there were a success and in 1987 he joined Davies Turner Worldwide Movers in a more senior position.
Almost three decades later, and one or two company name changes since, Paul is still with the company as a loyal and trusted member of the team.
Paul is the London office’s resident ‘road runner’ - he is a member of Dulwich Runners Athletics Club - and he covers distances ranging from ParkRuns on Saturday mornings up to half marathons two to three times a year. He has completed the London Marathon four times and New York Marathon once.
General Manager France
Christa Schwarz, General Manager France
Christa has over 25 years experience in the relocation industry. Having been an expatriate herself in different countries (including Germany, the USA and France) Christa understands our client's needs and is able to help them accordingly.
Christa set up DT Moving France in 2002, bringing with her the vast experience and knowledge she gained through previous experiences in the industry. She has been responsible for the strong and steady growth and success of our France operation over the past 17 years.
Michael Fidler-Abbott, Warehouse Manager
Michael has a key role at our business, as he is responsible for the running of the London warehouse operation. Here he manages deliveries and collections, the handling of furniture, antiques & personal effects, as well as the management of short and long term household goods storage.
Prior to joining the company, Michael worked for Harris Distribution as a warehouse and operations manager.
Michael is a keen runner, in previous years he competed at county and national level. He has two ‘grown up’ children and supports Chelsea FC.
Senior Move Coordinator
Rachela Vallee, Senior Move Coordinator
After completing her international studies, Rachela began directly working in the moving industry in May 2000, before joining the company (then known as DT Moving Paris) in November 2007.
Across these years, she has acquired an excellent knowledge of international relocation, and she is entrusted with managing some of our most demanding clients.

Nigel Humphreys, International Moving Surveyor
Nigel has been in the relocation industry since the early 1970s, starting in local and domestic moving as a packer. After some years, Nigel took the step to set up his business, managing the movement of fine art and antiques both nationally and internationally. Nigel and his company became a well known provider in fine art and antique fairs transportation – including Grosvenor House, Maastricht, Olympia and Park Lane to name a few. In 2002 he moved to Gosselin to manage both corporate and bespoke clients and to carry out pre-move household surveys for our clients.
International Move Manager
Julie Davis, International Move Manager
Julie is one of our longest serving employees, joining the company in 1979 (then known as Davies Turner) fresh from college where she had just gained a business diploma qualification.
Julie originally managed the Antiques & Fine Art department, largely dealing with US-UK shipments. She also coordinated the transatlantic trips made by antiques sellers and dealers, which included booking flights, hotels and transportation. The decline in antique trade led Julie to move across to the corporate relocation side of the business, where she still now thrives.
Julie has a teenage son who keeps her busy, and she enjoys watching him play football. She likes to socialise with friends and regularly watches live rock bands.
Cara Allwood, Import Manager
Cara was born in London, and her early education was split between the UK and Jamaica, where her parents are from.
Cara began her working life in Sales, but in 2006 started working in the relocation industry, which she decided was best suited to her customer service skills. Cara joined us in 2008 and has since enjoyed roles in both the import and export departments.
Outside of work Cara enjoys travelling and regularly visits family and friends in Jamaica, as well as holidaying to different global destinations. Cara spends a lot of spare time socialising with friends, and is never too far away from the dance floor.
Daniel New, Crew Leader
Daniel is one of the company's youngest crew leaders, but brings a wealth of experience and skill to the role having worked for the company since he was a teenager.
Like all new starters, Daniel spent several months training in fine art & export packing in our dedicated London warehouse department. Daniel now leads a team of two or more on packing and delivery jobs across the UK and Europe.
George Lines, Chairman
George Lines was originally Finance Director of Davies Turner Holdings Plc. He was appointed Chairman of Gosselin Ltd (Originally Davies Turner Worldwide Movers Ltd.), when it was formed as a separate subsidiary company in 1974. The company is now independent but he remains as non-executive Chairman.
Jeff New, Crew Leader
Jeff is one of our most senior crew leaders and has a wealth of experience in the packing, transportation and delivery of international household goods, fine arts and antiques. Like all our crew leaders, Jeff manages a team of professional packers on customer premises that are responsible for the export packing or delivery of household goods and effects.
Before DT Moving, Jeff part-owned a moving company that worked on the antique fairs across Europe, and it was this background in high-quality removals that made Jeff a great fit for the company. Indeed, he is still required to travel across Europe on assignments for some of our long standing clients.
Tony Hutchison, Director
With over 38 years in the relocation industry, Tony has a wealth of knowledge and experience which is leveraged daily by our clients and staff alike. He joined Davies Turner’s freight forwarding division straight from school in 1979, originally handling consignments to the Middle East, before transferring to the removals division in the mid-eighties, where he managed the company’s groupage services.
After a period working for a competitor, Tony returned in 1997 and was appointed director with responsibility for sales and client account management. His role currently involves pricing and tender / RFP responses, a critical part of our daily business. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, supporting Chelsea, and has a keen interest in military history.
Claude Nzoungany, Warehouse Manager
Tim Linehan, Crew Leader
Tim has been a professional packer and transporter of fine art and antiques, plus household goods and effects, for over 25 years. Before joining DT Moving, Tim worked for Sotheby’s, the fine art, jewellery and collectibles broker, and during this time he travelled extensively across Europe for many of the prestigious art auctions and exhibitions. Tim has now been at the company for seven years and is a highly valued member of the team.
Neil Young, Software Programmer
Neil’s love of computers and all things technology as a youngster meant that a career in IT was highly likely, and he joined the company in 2013 heading up ‘.net development’ for the company.
Neil actually joins a long line of family who have worked for the company (DT Moving and Davies Turner) with his grandparents and parents all previously working for the organisation.
Outside of work he has a love for all sports, and his proudest moment was the birth of his son Stanley.
Mark Garner, Operations Director
Mark was raised and educated in Bermondsey, London, before joining Davies Turner & Co. in 1976 as a City Messenger and trainee shipping clerk. He then permanently joined the Middle East Department of which he stayed until 1987 when he became Warehouse / Transport Manager in 1988.
When Davies Turner Removals moved premises in the early nineties Mark became Operations Manager and later Operations Director. Mark is one of the company’s longest serving staff and actually celebrates 40 years of service in 2016.
Outside of work, Mark’s enjoys playing golf, he is an ardent follower of horse racing and he enjoys anything sport related, as long as it is not tennis!
Bill Goddard, Field Manager
Bill has been in the relocation industry for over 25 years. He joined the company in 2001, soon being promoted to senior packing foreman where he worked across the UK and Europe for major corporate, fine art/antique and private clients. His Field Manager role is a critical one. It involves inspections of Gosselin's packing, delivery and moving services across the whole of the UK to ensure that due process and quality controls are being applied to every single relocation that Gosselin manages.
